About She Mithra

She Mithra is a women-centric social initiative dedicated to empowering women and enriching lives through creativity, skill development, and emotional well-being. Founded during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, She Mithra emerged from a deep understanding of the emotional, social, and economic struggles faced by women and children-especially within expatriate communities.

What began as She Skills, a platform initiated by Zara Creations World Malayali Craft Group, has now evolved into She Mithra-a comprehensive ecosystem that nurtures talent, confidence, and self-reliance among women from diverse backgrounds.

About the Founder

Ms. Rasheeda Shareef

She Mithra is led by Ms. Rasheeda Shareef, a native of Kannur, Kerala, who has been serving as a craft trainer and social worker for over 24 years. Her unwavering dedication to women's empowerment and community development has earned her recognition at national and international levels.
